Is there any cost to the venue?
No. VPRWAVE covers the full lifecycle of the installation, including hardware, software, stocking, servicing, and ongoing maintenance. The venue does not incur capital expenditure, subscription fees, or operational costs.
How does restocking work?
Machines are monitored remotely in real time. Stock levels, sales velocity, and fault states are tracked centrally, allowing restocking and servicing to be scheduled proactively. The venue is not required to monitor or report anything.
Does venue staff need to manage anything?
No. Venue staff are not responsible for stock, payments, customer support, or troubleshooting. The system is designed to operate independently, without adding workload or operational complexity to the venue team.
Can the machine be aligned with our venue’s design?
Yes. Machine format, finish, lighting, and placement are selected to integrate with the venue’s aesthetic and flow. The objective is disciplined presence, not visual noise. Each installation is tailored to the space.
What happens if the machine underperforms?
Performance is reviewed using real sales data. Product mix, pricing, and placement are adjusted where necessary. If the machine does not meet agreed performance expectations over time, it is removed at no cost to the venue.
How does age-gating and compliance work?
All machines operate with integrated age-verification. Access to products is restricted to users who meet the legal age requirement using compliant digital verification methods. This process is handled entirely by the system, removing liability and decision-making from venue staff.
